2.3 Usage Restrictions

Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, tampering, or automated interactions with DeviceSavior Tool are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All intellectual property on our platform, including code, design, logos, and documentation, belongs to DeviceSavior Tool and is protected under copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for personal and non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

• 5.1 Obey all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• 5.2 Do not upload or share harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• 5.3 No impersonation, misrepresentation, or identity fraud.
• 5.4 Do not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.
• 5.5 Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• 5.6 Remote Sharing & Screen Tools: The use of remote-sharing software while running DeviceSavior is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
  • USB Redirector
  • USBHub
  • Radmin
  • USB-Over-USB
  • Etc, and similar software for sharing...

  Violation of this rule will result in a permanent account and device fingerprint ban.

• 5.7 Repeated offenses will not be tolerated. If a manual reset is required, additional conditions and fees may apply.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, especially in cases of Terms violation or suspicious activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or accuracy of third-party integrations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• (a) In no event shall DeviceSavior Tool be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• (b) This includes data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.
• (c) Use our services at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction or where DeviceSavior Tool is legally registered.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital tools, refunds may not be offered unless otherwise explicitly stated. Please refer to our Refund Policy (if any).

11. Fingerprint Update Limit

If your account’s device fingerprint exceeds 3 updates per month, login access will be restricted until reset. Manual resets are case-by-case and may incur fees.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
